Ordering:

Do I need a user name and password?
You’re not required to have a user name and password for ordering on Scoolers.com.  But setting up a user name and password only takes a moment and allows you to quickly log into your account, view your order’s status, place future orders, keep a Wish List you can share with your family and friends, and receive information on new products and promotions.

What method of payment can I use for ordering on Scoolers.com?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit card payments through our secure website.

Do I have to order online?
No. You may also order by phone. Please call our Customer Care Center and have your credit card and shipping information ready.

How can I check on the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a link to track the progress of your order. 

How do I alter my order?
Once your order is processed you will need to contact our Customer Care Center to make changes. Please note that changes made more than 24 hours after ordering may result in a restocking fee.

Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
Your order may be cancelled within 24 hours from the time it is placed by contacting our Customer Care Center.  A restocking fee will be charged if cancelled after 24 hours.  Please view our Return Policy for additional information.

Shipping:

What shipping options are available?
We ship all orders via FedEx standard ground shipping. Shipping charges will be added to your order before check-out.

When will my Scoolers arrive?
Average processing time is 7-10 days from date of your order and there is an additional 3- 5 days transit time before delivery. Total time until delivery will be about 2 weeks from receipt of order.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a link to track its progress.

What should I do if I enter the incorrect shipping address on my order?
Please call our Customer Care Center immediately if you have entered incorrect information while placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Each Scooler is carefully inspected prior to shipping.  Any freight damage must be reported to the carrier at time of delivery and clearly marked on the freight bill.  Any concealed damage to your Scooler must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please notify our Customer Care Center immediately upon receiving a damaged product.

Return Policies:

How do you handle returns?
Customers returning products will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the return shipping costs. The cooler must be returned within 15 days following delivery receipt. The product must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return refund.  Please view our complete Return Policy for details.

How do I return an item?
Only items with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be accepted.  Log into your Customer Account and view the order details page for the order in question.  There is a link to request a return. The request will be submitted to Customer Care Center from which you will receive an RA# with instructions on how to return your product. The RA# is sent via email and it is posted on your Customer Account order page. The instructions include directions to print out a shipping label from your computer. Your Scooler will be inspected and upon approval, a credit will be posted to your account.

Product Questions:

Does Scoolers.com sell licensed collegiate products?
Yes. All of our products are officially licensed by the individual college or university.

Do you have other schools available that are not listed on your site?
If the school is not listed on our website, then we haven’t obtained the licensing rights to sell products using their logos. We will be adding new schools to our product line.  Please click here to request an unlisted school and you will be notified when it becomes available.

Is there a warranty on your products?
Each Scooler comes with a one-year warranty. You may also refer to our Terms & Conditions for details.

What maintenance do Scoolers products require?
See your Scoolers Product Manual for Care and Cleaning instructions.

What should I do if my Scoolers does not work or stops working?
See your Scoolers Product Manual for troubleshooting Tips. If you cannot fix problem, please contact Customer Care Center and a representative will assist you.

Can I use my Scoolers product outdoors?
No. Scoolers products should be protected from the elements. Outdoor use exposes them to inclement weather and other risks, voiding the warranty.

How do I log into my account?
From any page, on the top right corner, click on My Account.  You must register to set up an account.

What if I forget my login information?
From any page, on the top right corner, click on My Account. Then click on “forgot password” to receive an email that will allow you to login.

How do I change my profile information?
From any page, on the top right corner, click on My Account and click on “change profile” link.

How do I know that information entered on Scoolers.com is secure?
On pages that require your personal information you will notice the gold lock emblem at the top right of your browser's URL search bar. You can click on that to see that the date is valid and your information is secure.
